Exposing the Abusers: "The Timer Has Ended, Bye Mom"
This poor little boy apparently isn't "allowed" to have a normal conversation with his mother without it being ended on him. Very nice, Ray Knutsen. Way to damage your relationship with your boy: don't forget that he'll remember this behavior of yours when he gets older.

American Mothers Political Party Denounces “Dominick’s Law” In Michigan

“Dominick's
Law” will only justify what Michigan has done to this battered mother
who tried to protect her child and all future domestic abuse victims.
In essence, the pseudo-scientific theory of Parental Alienation Syndrome
(PAS) will be legal in Michigan if this law is passed the way it is
currently written. What is “enough” to protect a child from harm?
American Mothers Political Party is not just mothers but fathers, sisters aunts, daughters, sons, nieces, nephews, family, friends, coworkers and neighbors who support battered mothers and their rights to raise their children.
Until human mothers are honored or recognized as the natural guardians of her children, no rights will exist for any one. “Mother” is the cry of the dying soldier on the battlefield, “Mother” is the first person everyone sees when they are born, all other species “get this” - all except the terribly wrong and failed “human experiment”' of the murder of motherhood, and everyone's else’s rights over mother nature’s.
AMPP will not support this law as it is currently written and will continue to denounce those that mean to do the supporters of mothers harm.
AMPP
stands in support of Corrine Baker. Authorities said Baker did not do
enough to protect her son from a fatal beating inflicted by her
then-live-in boyfriend, Brandon Joshua-Frederick Hayes, who was
sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for
torture, murder and child abuse.
ALTHOUGH SHE USED HER BODY AS SHIELD.
Take a Look at what 2nd degree (scapegoating) manslaughter is when you endure this kind of beating trying to PROTECT her CHILD.The DA is scapegoating the Calhoun's are scapegoating and Dominick's law will only JUSTIFY what MI has done to this battered mom who tried to protect!! 15-30 years!! Scapegoating!!!

American Mothers Political Party
Denounces “Dominick’s Law” In Michigan
Mothers are the natural guardians of children as Corrine Baker was when she used her own body as a shield to try and protect her child, Dominick Calhoun.
Neighbors
ignored her screams and authorities said Baker did not do “enough” to
protect her son from a fatal beating inflicted by her then-live-in
boyfriend, Brandon Joshua-Frederick Hayes, who was sentenced to life in
prison without the possibility of parole for torture, murder and child
abuse. This is what second degree (scapegoating) manslaughter looks
like is when a woman endures this kind of beating trying to protect her
child.
It has been duly noted that those supporting and those who are the purported “creators” of Dominick’s Law and the recent threats that have been made against those that support Dominick’s mother. We are not deterred.
According Michigan Legislature: http://www.legislature.mi.gov/documents/20112012/billintroduced/House/htm/2011-HIB-5078.htm
(g) "Serious mental harm" means an injury to a child's mental
condition or welfare that is not necessarily permanent but results
in visibly demonstrable manifestations of a substantial disorder of
thought or mood which significantly impairs judgment, behavior,
capacity to recognize reality, or ability to cope with the ordinary
demands of life.

Abusers Doin’ What They Do and Gettin’ Exposed
Originally posted at: http://denomshischaostheory.blogspot.com/2012/03/abusers-doin-what-they-do-and-gettin.html
I saw this posted on facebook… and since it said post it everywhere I wanted to share it here but with a few added words from me… so once you read what I’ve copied over please see my comments below it
~~PLEASE BLAST THIS ALL OVER THE INTERNET AND LET ALL WOMEN AND MEN KNOW THE TACTICS OF ABUSERS~~You have got to love it when abusers use the children in an attempt to hurt and further abuse you??? It is so blatantly obvious what they are doing and How they operate.... They have no clue how and what this movement is going to end up like!!!! Keep trying Bucky, YOU ARE EXPOSED... Thank you so much for continuing to give me drive to fight you abusers... Every tactic makes me more and more determined ;-) Nice try though!!!!
Yes, unfortunately abusers DO (always have and always will try) to use the kids as pawns in their own sick little games. It is hurtful to the victimized parent, BUT what about the kids? It is damaging to them as well, which just proves that the abuser is an abuser and will try to pull any damn thing they can to continue to control their victims. Now let me explain a little about the above quote…
A kid texts their mom and says something like hey dad says my sibling needs more clothes. The mom being a good mom and having clothes at her house calls the other kid to find out what is needed. Rather than that kid saying I need this or that, that kid goes off on a rant (prompted by the abuser) at the mom.
All too often abusers get custody of the kids because they have one asset the rest of society doesn’t have… they can charm anyone and can turn that on and off at the drop of a hat. They are GREAT at manipulating people and they use this skill set they have to control their victims. These victims include their OWN children!
Do you have an abuser that needs to be exposed like Blake Melinn just was?

Lawmaker Suggests Beaten Ladies Remember the Good Times
Originally posted at: http://jezebel.com/5893244/lawmaker-suggests-beaten-ladies-remember-the-good-times
A thoughtful, sensitive male Wisconsin legislator has proclaimed that he is against divorce under all circumstances — even spousal abuse. And he's got a message to all those ladies out there getting the shit beaten out of them by their husbands: remember the good times, back before things took an abusive turn, and maybe you'll fall in love again. There, isn't that better? Now, chin up, and go back out into that awful marriage of yours like a champ.
The obtuse anti divorce champion is Republican Don Pridemore. And this isn't the first time the Heartless Cheesehead has acted in a manner most unbecoming.
Remember earlier this month when another Wisconsin lawmaker thoughtfully suggested that maybe single parenthood should be considered a factor that may be indicative of child abuse? Pridemore was a co-sponsor of the bill that would've made it a crime for a person to dare try to raise a child on their own outside of the pillowy soft Magic Zone of marriage. But what about women who are being abused by their husbands? Shouldn't they have the option to extract themselves from an unhealthy situation? Nope, says Pridemore. And he's got some expert abused spouse marital advice as well: "If they can refind those reasons and get back to why they got married in the first place it might help."
So, the solution to divorce and spousal abuse is just remembering why you love your abuser? Did he learn about love, relationships, and psychology from tragic early country songs?
In addition to being a ladyhating idiot, Pridemore ignores the fact that men can be victims of physical or emotional abuse as well — and the fact that a poor quality marriage can be a contributing factor to child abuse. Let's get those bitches married, the way God intended! Come hell or high water or emergency room visits or a life lived in a state of utter terror!
Meanwhile Glenn Grothman, the "single parenthood is child abuse" bill's awful asshat of an author, has not only doubled down on the legislation, but he's attempted to out-cock himself by singling women out as the culprits of this non-plural parenthood pandemic. It's the women, you see, who have chosen to raise children by themselves over the course of the last 30 years. And that needs to change right now, by criminalizing single motherhood and legally bullying them into loveless and harmful marriages (and, oddly, penalizing people who dare get married to someone who is fated to die tragically at a young age, leaving them to raise the child or children by themselves).
On behalf of current and former residents of America's Dairyland, I implore State Senators Grothman and Pridemore to stop embarrassing themselves and all Wisconsinites with their nakedly misogynist antics. Statements like these from people who are supposed to be promoting public interest make Bucky Badger cry

Cash raised for woman in custody fight

VIRGINIA
BLACK,South Bend Tribune - SOUTH BEND, Ind. (AP) — As Marla
Theocharides has spent the last several days across the world fighting
to spend time with her two children, friends back home have been quietly
going about the business of helping her cope.
They are cheering her on over Facebook as she posts her setbacks, frustrations and occasional small victories in her lingering custody battle with her ex-husband, Charis.
And, as Marla's own government apparently has been able to do little to intervene on her behalf, friends back home are rallying behind her in trying to help raise money for what has become a phenomenally expensive proposition.
Marla filed for divorce in the United States in 2010, and a local judge claimed jurisdiction and awarded custody to Marla last summer. But Charis, who had the couple's two young children with him in Cyprus, won custody in a family court in Cyprus.
The result has been two attorneys, representing each side, arguing the case in each country. Cypriot court officials, who resisted efforts to resolve the jurisdictional debate with local authorities, have dragged their feet in furthering the custody case there.
So in addition to mounting legal fees, occasional trips to Cyprus to see her children have added to the costs for Marla, who manages a local dental office.
Two friends, Lori Cunningham and Leslie Kleppe, offered to step in and help Marla defray some of those costs.
Cunningham said last week that Marla was initially skeptical when she broached the topic.
Cunningham, who had worked locally with Charis, persuaded Marla that a fundraiser could work.
"Things have just come together in the last couple of months," she said, noting that the owner of the venue has donated everything but the cost of alcohol and the licensed bartending, and other businesses have eagerly donated items to be sold or raffled at the event. "She's really herself starting to see how this could work."
Cunningham has followed Marla's custody case through earlier Tribune articles and, now, her Facebook posts.
"No parent wants to imagine going through what she's going through and losing their children," Cunningham said. "I am amazed at the things (Charis) is constantly able to do."
As the plans have been coming together to help her financially back home, Marla said she's still repeatedly appealing to local government representatives, media in Cyprus and whatever offices she can think of.
Yet progress has been slow and sometimes nearly nonexistent.
For example, Marla posted this online status update Monday:
"Day 4 in Cyprus. Went to court and we had a meeting in the judge's chambers. I was not allowed inside. The court is allowing me to see my children for 1.5 hours today at Charis' mother's home supervised by his parents and him! I lost it. This is a human rights issue. No mother should be prevented from seeing her children for 14 months and have to have a 1.5 hour supervised visitation!!!!"
On Wednesday:
"Day 6, found out the Charis illegally obtained Cypriot passports for both children without my consent and without my signature. Visited the passport office ... When I asked how this happened, they replied, it is Cyprus. No other explanation was given. Meetings with attorneys all day! I am told that I will not see the children again. Charis is not allowing it. We went to court for a court order and the soonest they can see us is on March 23, but I leave on March 11."
From Thursday:
"Thank you for all the messages and prayers! Keep them coming, that's what keep me going."
From Friday:
"Had court today and the judge put pressure on the welfare department to finish the report as soon as possible. We have court again on March 23 for a status update ... I will not be in Cyprus for that court hearing. Had an interview with Cyprus Mail, they are doing a story about my case. ... finally we had our last visit with the kids. It was emotional to say goodbye."
Marla, who has been arrested and jailed in her quest to visit 6-year-old Katerina and 2-year-old Marcus, insists she won't give up. But it's still difficult.
"I need the power of prayer!" she wrote Feb. 28. "Please pray for my safety as I travel to Cyprus. Please pray that I am able to have my children with me and spend time with them!"
