A magistrate now has the power to decide custody in a sexual abuse case in Ohio. After Loryn, Bella's mother, forbade unsupervised visits with Mathew, Bella's Dad, Judge Browne gave custody of Bella to her father. Stacy Adams Bandler is the GAL in the case and she recommends Bella stay with her Dad.
Trial for custody is scheduled 3/20/2012 at 1:30 and will go on until it is finished. Often they change the times when the advocates are alerted so watch for a change in the time. The court is located at
